About the Role
Cedartree Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our self-storage facility in the Pearl District, Portland, OR. This is a hands-on maintenance role in a charming century-old brick building in one of Portland's most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods, with free parking included.

Schedule
This position is 36 hours per week. Thursday through Saturday, hours run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience and performance. Additional compensation includes commission opportunities and a performance bonus. Benefits include free on-site parking, paid holidays and sick time, two weeks of paid vacation after your first year, and health benefits.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance, and handle janitorial duties and routine upkeep. You will also assist with basic office tasks and customer service, and support the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong maintenance and janitorial skills along with basic office and customer service experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid Oregon driver's license, provide good employment references, and pass a background check. Property management or facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
This position is located in the Historic Pearl District: easily accessible from NW Portland, the Alphabet District, and downtown. Free parking is a genuine perk in this neighborhood.
