We're currently looking for motivated, cooperative people to join the Downtown Self Storage team as a Relief Manager and Maintenance Manager! Details below. 

Relief Manager (Pearl District)

Cedartree Management Company is locally owned and has been in business since July 1992. We specialize in the full-service management of self-storage facilities. We believe strongly that a person’s enjoyment and satisfaction in their work is key to the success of any business. We value ethics, hard work, and respect and are looking for like-minded individuals to join the team!

Join our team in the Historic Pearl District of NW Portland! We are looking for a Relief Manager to work 22 hours a week at our self-storage facility located in a charming century old brick building, in one of Portland’s most exciting neighborhoods. Our team is fully engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of personable customers and tenants.

The work schedule is Sunday 10am - 4pm, Monday 8am - 2pm, and Tuesday 8am - 6pm. For a total of 22 hours a week. Must have computer, sales, maintenance, and janitorial skills. Property management experience is a plus.

Must also be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.

$19.00 - $21.00 an hour depending on experience, FREE PARKING, 3 paid holidays & sick days, 22 hours paid vacation after the 1st year, plus vision & dental coverage available.

Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.

Maintenance Manager (Pearl District)

Join our team in the Historic Pearl District of NW Portland! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work 36 hours a week at our self-storage facility located in a charming century old brick building, in one of Portland’s most exciting neighborhoods. Our team is fully engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of personable customers and tenants.

The work schedule is Wednesday 8am - 2pm, and Thursday - Saturday 8am - 6pm for a total of 36 hours a week. Computer, sales & strong maintenance skills are required. Property management experience is a plus.

Must also be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, FREE PARKING, commissions, paid holidays & sick days, 2 weeks paid vacation after the 1st year, and health benefits.
Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
